An Open InvitationPlease visit our offices soon to avail yourself of our services and find out how an Academic Advisor can make a positive difference in your academic experience! While appointments are not necessary, they are recommended for more comprehensive sessions. Continuing students should schedule an appointment for academic advising at least once every semester.
*Students who do not meet the College's Continuation Requirements must meet with an advisor to develop an academic plan if they wish to petition. Only if the academic plan is acceptable to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the College Committee will the student will be allowed to register for subsequent engineering classes. Rest assured that this policy is in your best interest. It is important to address obstacles and work toward resolution as early as possible.
It is our duty to provide all USF students who are pursuing an Engineering degree ample opportunities to access our services regularly. We are dedicated to ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of student records and providing timely quality service to our constituents. The Office of Admissions and Advising works closely with Engineering faculty and College and University administrators to advance the mission and goals of the College and University. The Office of Admissions and Advising values and promotes an academic environment that is characterized by trust, respect, integrity, professionalism, and inclusiveness. |
