Orientation gives us the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your curriculum, assist you in the registration process, and answer any questions you may have. An addition we will include information on the following:

First - Year Student Orientation
Your Orientation is a two-day experience with an overnight stay in one of our residence halls. You will attend sessions designed to provide you with the information necessary to be a successful student at USF. These sessions include: academic overview, curriculum planning, involvement, on-campus living, transition concerns and many more!
Family members attend a separate, but concurrent, session over the two-day experience designed for their needs and concerns as a family member of a new USF student. Sessions in the Family Orientation include: college overview, involvement, financial aid, services available to students, assisting your student with the college transition and many more!
Transfer Orientation
Your Orientation experience is completed in one day! You will attend sessions designed to provide you with the information necessary to be a successful student at USF. These sessions include: academic overview, curriculum planning, involvement, on-campus living, financial aid and many more!
As a transfer student, it is especially important to contact your advisor prior to orientation and complete a few "to-dos". We've outline your pre-orientation requirements in a Transfer Student Checklist.
